Advertising Performance & Results – Terms Add-On

By booking or using Deva Ads LLC's mobile LED advertising services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Guaranteed Results

Deva Ads LLC does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, views, website visits, leads, sales, or revenue. All advertising outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control, including traffic patterns, audience behavior, market conditions, and ad creative quality.

2. Performance Estimates Are Informational

Any examples, projections, or ROI figures displayed on our website, marketing materials, or communications are for illustrative purposes only. These figures are not promises, warranties, or guarantees of performance.

3. Client Responsibility

Each advertiser is responsible for:

Their own business operations and customer service
Tracking conversions and sales
Ensuring their ad content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Deva Ads LLC is not responsible for business performance, customer demand, or sales outcomes.

4. Content Standards

All advertisements must comply with:

Local, state, and federal laws
Public decency standards
Platform content guidelines

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

Obscene or explicit material
Hate speech or discriminatory messaging
Illegal products or services
Misleading or false claims

Deva Ads LLC reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Deva Ads LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reduced sales resulting from advertising performance.

6. No Exclusive Market Rights

Advertising placements are non-exclusive. Multiple businesses in similar industries may appear in the same rotation.

7. Acceptance of Risk

All marketing involves risk. By using our services, you accept that advertising results are not guaranteed and may vary from expectations.

Return and Refund Policy

Deva Ads is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

By purchasing or booking services with Deva Ads, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Long-Term Contracts

Deva Ads does not require long-term contracts. Customers only pay for the advertising time they choose to book.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

Deva Ads is unable to provide the service you purchased
A technical failure on our side prevents your ad from being displayed
A booking is canceled before the scheduled start time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Ads rejected due to policy violations
Content that contains prohibited material
Ads removed for violating Terms & Conditions
Customer mistakes in submitted content
Dissatisfaction with ad performance or results
Completed or partially completed display time

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are easy and flexible
If canceled before your scheduled display period begins, you may request a refund
If cancellation occurs after display has started, remaining time may be credited but is not guaranteed

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact Deva Ads first before filing chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal.
